Lent Study Group 2018

Lent Study Group will use the book “Being Disciples” by Bishop Rowan Williams. It will take place in St John’s church each Tuesday from February 20th with the exception of Tuesday 20th March. After the 12 noon Mass there will be an opportunity to share a soup lunch and then we will spend an hour looking at each chapter of this short book by Rowan Williams. Copies of the book can be obtained for Lent reading and study from the Rector. Price £5. The idea is to read one of the six chapters each week of Lent and then discuss it at our Tuesday Lent group which will end with prayer.
