Safeguarding

Our parish is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults at risk of harm.

​

Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility, and in the parish it is coordinated by the Rector and the Parochial Church Council (PCC).  The PCC annually adopts Child Protection and Adults at Risk policies: you can read the policies adopted on 31 May 2025 by clicking here.

Sue Bisley is the Parish Safeguarding Officer.  Her role includes ensuring the PCC implements Diocesan safeguarding guidelines and she can receive, but not investigate, any suspicions or allegations of abuse which may arise.  If you have a safeguarding concern, you can contact her:
